Returns & Refunds
We want you to be stoked with your order. If something's not right, here's exactly how we handle it.
Do You Accept Returns?
Yes — with conditions. Since all items are made to order, we only accept returns for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items sent
- Items that don't match the description
Return Window
You must contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. We cannot accept returns after this period.
Return Condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging where applicable. We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet these conditions.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
If the return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, etc.), we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns on eligible items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at Support@theanimedungeon.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We'll review your request within 2 business days
- If approved, we'll send you return instructions and a prepaid label (for our-error returns) or the return address
- Ship the item back within 7 days of approval
Processing Time
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Store credit is available on request if the original payment method is no longer active.
